Each student and parent must sign the notarized stamp affidavit. Violation yields suspension or strict expulsion by the committee:

  • Class Attendance Minimum: Attendance inside classes and clinical duties must be 80% to 100% to qualify for final university exams.
  • Mobile Device Restriction: Using or talking over mobile phones within the college campus and classrooms is strictly prohibited.
  • Female Attire Code Constraints: Jeans, pants, and t-shirts are explicitly prohibited for female candidates within the institute perimeter.
  • Mandatory Dress Code Maintenance: Wearing clean, complete institutional uniform suits daily is an ironclad constraint parameter.
  • Clinical Lateliness Fines: Reporting 10 minutes late to clinical shifts triggers direct financial penalty processing metrics.
